Following a year as a policy analyst and registered lobbyist at the firm, Ms. Cupp has spent the past 17 years honing her Certificate of Need drafting skills, immersing herself in CON regulations and other State regulatory frameworks, and building important relationships within the State.

Ms. Cupp is recognized as an expert in Certificate of Need in Michigan. She lives in Holt and has three children, Max, Aren, and Lilly.
